WHAT INSOLES WILL FIT IN MY LOW-TOP SHOES?

We recommend the 1.5cm boost (which comes in the cloud boost bundle) for maximum comfort. 

This may sound small, but it will give you an "edge" and confidence that you haven't experienced before. 

The maximum boost that MAY fit in your low-tops (depending how low they are) is the 3cm / 1.2" option. 

Our Cloud Boost Bundle (4.5cm / 1.77") and 5cm/7cm (2"/2.76") come with detachable platforms, so you can choose your boost depending on the shoe you are wearing. 

For example, the 5cm soles can be adjusted and used as a 3cm boost too.  

If you have a lot of different shoes and practicality/comfort is important to you, we couldn't recommend the Cloud Boost Bundle enough.

ARE THE INSOLES COMFORTABLE?

YES. 

We have done our due diligence and tested countless manufacturers over the past two years to find the very best material combinations for Conzuri customers. 

We can guarantee that if you buy from anyone else, you will have to endure concrete-like insoles...which are unbearable to walk in (we have tried).  

Save the dissapointment, and choose the winning team. 

UNITED KINGDOM

We advise 5-9 days for delivery (including processing time), but most orders arrive in 8 days. UK packages are delivered via Royal Mail. You can use your tracking codes directly on their website here, using the last-mile tracking number provided in your tracking info. 

Royal Mail Signed Delivery (5-8 Days) 

Stock that is available in our UK warehouse will take considerable less time than this (>3 days) 

Dispatch time is >24 hours, but depending on demand, can sometimes be 48 hours. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, 

We accept cancellations that are initiated within 6 hours of ordering. 

But if orders have already been fulfilled at any point, we are unable to process a cancellation. 

Just email suppport@conzuri.com to let us know. 

As we aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, it is important that you let us within this 6 hour time-frame. 

We can not reverse fulfilment once our shipping team have dealt with your order, so if you fail to email our support team, we might not be able to cancel it for you.

I WAS OVER-CHARGED?

We never over-charge customers, as our prices are fixed. 

But sometimes you might be seeing our GBP currency on our UK store when you are buying from another country with a different currency (e.g. USA / $USD)...

When you see your bank statement, it might look like you have been "over-charged", but it is just the GBP equivalent of your local currency. 

This is nothing to worry about.

DO THE INSOLES COME AS A PAIR?

Yes they do.

A quantity of "1" means that you will receive a PAIR of insoles...

One for your left and right foot (to be clear!)

SHOE-SIZE NEEDED FOR INSOLES?

The soles go up to a US9 (UK8), but they are wearable for shoes sizes up to US11/UK10. 

Any shoe-size greater than this - and the insole may feel "too small" in your shoe, with excess space towards the toe. 

All insoles are engraved with cutting lines, so you can shorten the length of the sole with a pair of scissors (if they happen to be too small for your shoe). 

IRELAND

We advise 7-12 days for delivery, but most orders arrive in 9 days.

DEUTSCHLAND

We advise 7-12 days for delivery, but most orders arrive in 9 days.

AUSTRALIA

We advise 7-12 days for delivery, but most orders arrive in 9 days.

US & CANADA

Delivery times are subject to stock available in our US Warehouse. 

For most orders, we advise:

  • 10-12 days for delivery to USA. 
  • 10-14 days for delivery to Canada. 

You can track your order via UPS using the tracking number provided in your tracking info. 

Our US warehouse is based in California - so delivery speed will vary, depending on your location.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but subject to demand, this may be 48 hours max. 

Subject to stock, some shoes will arrive within 4-6 days to the US.

REST OF WORLD

We advise 7-12 days for delivery, but most orders arrive in 9 days. 

You can track your order using your last-mile tracking number with the logistics provider mentioned in your tracking info. 

Deliveres can sometimes take longer due to the unprecedented delays caused by logistics providers, in coalition with a high number of international orders. Our aim is to have your items with you within 14 days (max).  

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Need to change your Shoe Size? Or adjust the boost option you ordered? 

Just email support@conzuri.com as soon as possible, before your order gets fulfilled. 

We can not reverse fulfilment once our shipping team have dealt with your order, so if you fail to email our support team in-time, we may not be able to change it for you.

EXCHANGES & RE-DELIVERY

If your package was returned due to an "incomplete address" - you will be charged a re-delivery fee to re-route the package back to your correct location. 

If you want to exchange the item you have received, you will have to return the product to our US or UK warehouse (whichever is closer to you). 

Depending on the cirucmstance, you may not have to pay for the product again, but you will be responsible for your own return costs and are subject to a re-delivery fee.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION EMAILS?

You should recieve a confirmation email immediately after purchase. 

Give it five minutes to be safe...and check your junk folder too. 

It could be that you have entered your email incorrectly, so just get in touch to double-check and we can change your details accordingly.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY TRACKING INFO?

You should recieve your tracking information as soon as your order has been fulfilled...

Orders to USA/CA are fulfilled within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday)

Orders to the rest of the world are fulfilled within 24-48 hours (Monday-Saturday). 

If you have recieved previous emails from us, then your email isn't the problem - so get in touch with support@conzuri.com for further assistance. 

If you haven't received any emails from us, you should also get in touch with support@conzuri.com to double-check that your details are correct. 

MY TRACKING INFO HASN'T UPDATED?

Out tracking platform may take some time to reflect updates on your order, so we advise leaving at least 3 days before seeing fulilment progress.

There may sometimes be delays beyond our control, but if your order has been shipped - it will get to you. 

If you have any concerns however, you can always contact support@conzuri.com and we will be happy to help.

MY CARD ISN'T WORKING?

We accept most credit and debit cards, so there shouldn't be a problem on our end. 

Of course, we would advise double-checking your balance and details before reaching out to support@conzuri.com.

But you can also check out with PayPal too (this has been a quick resolve for customers who experienced initial card issues). 

IT SAYS YOU DON'T DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship to 98% of countries across the world...

But there are a small selection of locations that we do not ship to because the delivery time-frame is too long (customer experience is important to us).
