RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Shipping

Processing Time: Orders typically take 1 business day to process before shipment. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. The available methods and their associated costs are displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of some delivery locations that are considered "remote" or have a higher rate of failed deliviries (due to customs and courier issues). If you have issues ordering, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control. We mainly ship from our warehouse locations in the US and UK - but subject to stock, we may ship directly from our hub in East Asia to reduce waiting times.
Returns and Refunds

30-Day Returns Policy:
a. We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, provided that the item(s) are in unused and unworn condition.
b. We are not responsible for any damage at the fault of the courier. All apeals related to damaged packaging should be reported to the courier responsible for delivery. -
Return Process:
a. Contact our customer support team at support@conzuri.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
b. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
c. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a similar protective packaging.
d. Ship the item(s) back to our nearest warehouse (US or UK) using a trackable and insured shipping method at your expense.
e. Please send proof of return item(s) with your shipping receipt.) Once we verify the item(s) are in unused and unworn condition, we will process your refund or exchange. -
Refund Processing:
a. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
b. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
c. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund after receiving the returned item(s). -
Exchange:
a. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or style, please specify this when initiating the return process. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
b. You will be subject to a re-delivery fee to receive your exchange (fees are discussed on our FAQ page) -
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Please note that all returns must meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition.
- Shoes should not have any visible signs of wear or damage.

5. Purchases Through Affiliates:

If you have purchased through a friend (using their affiliate code), you will not be elegible for a refund, nor will you be able to return your order. This is to protect the integrity of our affiliate comission system.
6. Bundles:
- If you have purchased a bundle package, and decide to return an item/items from your order, you will have limited elegiblity for a refund.
- In order to calculate your reimbursement, we will deduct the full-price value of each item un-returned to get the remaining refundable amount.
7. Order Cancellation:
- If you would like to cancel your order, we advise contacting us immediately. If your order has not been processed, we will initiate a 100% refund.
- All orders are fulfilled in 24 hours, so if your order has been processed already and the shipment cannot be cancelled - we are unable to cancel your order.
- Your refund for a cancelled order will take 3-5 working days depending on your payment method. Paypal is instant whereas credit card/debit card buyers may have to wait a little longer.
- If your order cannot be cancelled, you will need to initiate a return (following our return guidelines)
8. Cologne: Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused item(s) within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund, excluding shipping fees, will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s).
