Terms and Conditions

(Supercar Rental Experience Giveaway)

Introduction

Participation in the Supercar Rental Experience Giveaway (“Giveaway”) offered by ICONSALVI MEDIA GROUP LTD ("Conzuri") is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to these Terms, our website's Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

  1. Open to all customers worldwide, who are of the legal driving age in their place of residence. 
  2. Employees of Conzuri, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible.
  3. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter

  1. Participants receive one entry for every $100 spent on www.conzuri.com. There is no limit on the number of entries.
  2. All entries must be received by 29th April at 12:00pm PST.

Prizes

  1. The winner receives a 24-hour supercar rental with up to $1,000 covered by Conzuri and a refund of all purchases made on Conzuri in the last 90 days.
  2. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. The winner is responsible for taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Selection of Winners

  1. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Conzuri on April 30th.
  2. The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 15 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

Limitation of Liability

Conzuri is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to the website.

Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Conzuri, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.

Media Release

  1. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Conzuri and its affiliates, licensees, and promotional partners, a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use his/her name, character, photograph, voice, and likeness in connection with the promotion of this and other Giveaways, and waives any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
  2. The winner also agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by Conzuri, including but not limited to video and photography footage of the prize-giving ceremony.
  3. Such footage may be used by Conzuri for marketing, promotional, and public relations purposes in any media format without further compensation or notice.

Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by United Kingdom, excluding its conflict of laws principles.

Acknowledgment

By participating in the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them and by the decisions of Conzuri, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Giveaway.
